Boguslavsky Foundation for the second time invested in the Indian counterpart Apple Store

According to The Economic Times, ru-Net, Leonid Boguslavsky’s venture fund invested a second time in AppsDaily Solutions , an Indian mobile apps store. In the last round of financing, 1 billion rupees ($ 16 million) was invested in an Indian startup. In addition to ru-Net, Zodius capital, Kalaari Capital and Qualcomm Ventures participated in the round. Zodius Foundation became the leader of the round.

Recall that a few days ago, Megamozg wrote that the ru-Net foundation had once again invested in another startup, the German online platform DaWanda.

In October 2013, ru-Net, Qualcomm Ventures and IUVP invested more than $ 5 million in AppsDaily. According to techcircle, after this deal, Maria Krajukhina, CFO ru-Net, became a member of the board of directors of AppsDaily Solutions.

In the “A” round, in 2011, the startup attracted 180 million rupees ($ 2.9 million) from Qualcomm Ventures and IndoUS Venture Partners. A year earlier, Mumbai Angels invested 50 million rupees ($ 800,000) in a startup.

Online store AppsDaily was created in 2009. The company cooperates with 7,000 points of sale of mobile phones with a geography in more than 700 cities.

In 2015, AppsDaily plans to receive $ 20.8 million in net profit.
