e-generator steals ideas
On July 8, I published a post in Habré with a link to discuss my project “Linkod - an alternative to Internet links in the media”. On the same day, on the site e-generator.ru under the heading “creative” (as well as on the site b-generator.ru which is called the Venture Factory) an entry appeared “Interactive literature: an idea for publishers” that begins with the words “Expert E -generator.ru acierto suggests an idea ... ”and then comes the description of my idea, even though trying to make it new. Of course, I was indignant and wrote about it in their forum. After that, I was contacted by the very (or rather the most) “Expert of the company E-generator.ru acierto” who is called Olga and who stated that her idea was different and she entered the database of ideas e -generator two weeks ago, and on July 8, the text was changed by the e-generator administration and posted on the site. After that, I certainly have no complaints about her. But I have serious complaints about the e-generator administration, which, in the person of zashibis, stated “Your idea is not unique, because I came up with the top ten of our authors. ”
It should be said that the site with a complete description of my project is in the public domain for more than two months (it was visited by about a hundred people), the application for a patent was filed on May 14, 2007 and the copyright certificate was received earlier.
So I did the right thing, spending money and a half years to protect their rights. I also advise you, before you publish something worthwhile to defend yourself, so that she also does not “come up with the top ten authors” of the e-generator and other plagiarists.
I wrote a letter to the FINAM project manager (as this is their project) with a request to sort out the situation. In addition, I discussed my project with this person at the end of April regarding the possibility of financing, but he refused, citing that for them it was too early a stage of development of the project.
PS I donate the idea of the project - register the e-plagiator domain and launch a website where people can write about ideas stolen from them.
