I walked in the gardens for a long time, tried to hint and write between the lines, but I think that once you need to express your thoughts in ordinary words without hints or hidden text. The text is dedicated to ordinary employees of ordinary organizations.
So, comrades. Once and for all you must forget
- about corporate ethics and standards;
- about the goals and mission of the company;
- about minimizing company expenses;
- about the future profits of the company;
- about problems that may become in front of the company in the future;
- that the company is your second family.
You should remember only about yourself, about your real family and have a conscience when communicating with exactly the same people who just think about themselves and their family. Let the business owner think about business, about corporate ethics, minimizing expenses, profits. If he thinks correctly, then you, thinking of yourself and without losing conscience, will automatically receive all your bonuses:
- brought another sane employee, who also thinks only about himself, did not lose his conscience, and therefore does the work - got a bonus;
- sold 10 units more than the plan - got a bonus;
- reduced costs - received a portion of the money saved in his pocket;
- optimized the business process - went on vacation with his wife at the expense of the company.
If a company does not have a healthy program of motivation and control of personnel, then this means only one thing - the company itself is not needed by its owner, and if the owner doesn’t need it, then what the hell are YOU supposed to worry about?
Once again: you do not go to work so that the owner of the company becomes richer, you go to work to feed and dress yourself and your family. Everything! This is the main and only motivating factor. Your employer will never be able to give you more important factors; he can only use this factor for his own purposes.
