Eastman Kodak Company has announced the launch of a new Kodak Zi6 Pocket Video mini-camcorder. This baby can shoot video in HD-quality (720p) and is equipped with a 2.4-inch monitor.
The camera records video at 720p quality and 60 frames per second, which at the moment is the best “figure” among similar devices. The device can, of course, write videos and with a smaller quality, exactly for YouTube. Kodak and special software are available for uploading to this video service.
On board the Zi6 in the presence of 128 MB of internal memory. The video is written to memory cards (up to 32 GB are supported) in SD / SDHC format.
The camcorder operates on batteries of type AA (nickel-magnesium). Ordinary batteries will do, but their lifespan will be very short.
