Today, October 15, one of the most popular file sharing sites in Ukraine was unavailable - the resource FS.to, previously known among users of Uanet as FS.ua.
Meanwhile, the newspaper
Capital , citing unnamed sources, claims that the resource is unavailable due to the actions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, allegedly seizing the servers hosting the site due to allegations of piracy.
In early September, the newspaper
Kommersant-Ukraine wrote that the popular Ukrainian resource FS.ua changed owner. According to the newspaper, WebCase, the company that created it, sold the site to foreign investors who transferred it to a new domain and new hosting.

After that, unofficial information appeared in the media that the servers remained in Ukraine, and the deal was merely a formality due to the resource’s links with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, the director of WebCase Andrei Komlychenko denies this information, saying Kommersant that this was the work of competitors.
