The founder of Wikileaks.org is advised not to enter the US

Lawyers Julian Assange (Julian Assange) recommended that he not enter the territory of the United States . There is every reason to believe that the founder of the Wikileaks.org project will be instantly detained by the US authorities for questioning.

Two weeks ago, the US Army arrested 22-year-old analyst Bradley Manning (Bradley Manning) from military intelligence, who is believed to be the source of a scandalous video from the shooting of journalists in Iraq on Wikileaks. The prisoner is now being held in a military prison in Kuwait.

And although Assange seems to have not violated the laws of the United States and no charges have been brought against him, however, in this case special anti-terrorism laws may come into force, which allow to detain anyone for questioning when it comes to information relating to US national security. In particular, the authorities want to ask Assange a few questions about his relationship with Manning. There is a suspicion that Manning handed over to Wikileaks to other classified materials, including the video of the bombing of the Afghan village of Granay in May 2009, which resulted in the death of 140 civilians.

Julian Assange concealed his whereabouts for a month, but the day before yesterday he appeared in Brussels at a conference on press freedom. He said he was not afraid of the Pentagon.
