Alksnis gets down to business

In his last entry, Viktor Imantovich continues to list the statements so offended by him. To each of them, he attaches a statement of the essence of his claims, pointing out specific articles of the Criminal Code that, in his opinion, were violated by a tarlith. Alksnis notes that the biggest trouble is for the offender for humiliating national dignity (article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, imprisonment for up to two years): “The user tarlith degrades my national dignity, like a Latvian, calling him“ Baltic scum ”, thereby carrying out actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity ... ”.

In addition, the deputy accuses his abuser of defamation (article 129 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and insulting him as a representative of the authorities (article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
