About programs

Once I wrote that the editors of Internet.Ru are under the control of a program that is controlled by a robot. Now is the right time to write about it again: the news for yesterday’s number was published by the program, perhaps the exact same one, I'm sure! Only the program can put in the news links to sections where the 404th page hangs.
The site is not ready yet, it is written about the same in the blog, was it really difficult to look, or wait for the release?
