Service replace passwords on different accounts

Many different applications offer storing passwords in super-encrypted form.
It is convenient for many and people use it.

Why is there no way to hear or hear resources and client applications that help you quickly and easily change passwords on hundreds of different accounts (either at the same time or to your choice)?

Use case such:
I need to change the password on all messengers, social. accounts and mailers.
I can systematically walk through all these "nychkam" and change the passwords manually, and I can use sabzhevoy softina for mass replacement (or, alternatively, a regular password change on the selected resources).
And, of course, as a user I expect a looot of security! :)

To use this software, you need an authorization API in your accounts and (if any) an API for changing the password (as an option, confirming this action by sending a letter to the soap).
