The popular service Last.FM announced the launch of a program of contributions to artists of the Artist Royalties. The program is designed primarily for independent performers who are not yet connected by contracts with any labels.
The essence of innovation is simple. A performer can download his song on Last.FM and receive a money for each audition (meaning streaming). Earn crazy fees, however, will not work. The payout, according to Last.FM, will be limited to $ 0.005 (the minimum “rate” is generally equal to $ 0.0005) for the broadcast. via Compulenta
