Silverlight and Expression Resources in Russian

One of the most frequently asked questions is where you can learn Silverlight and Expression. And preferably in Russian. Well, I will try to answer this question and continue to inform about updates in the future.
Despite the title and the beginning of the recording, I still note once again the central point in English for learning - Silverlight , Expression .
