USAToday uses news startup articles

Three months after the two journalists left The Washington Post to start their own media startup, their political focus led to the national newspaper USAToday.com .

USAToday.com said on Friday that it would start using articles as online news provided by the startup Politico (The Politico), mainly consisting of journalists working for Time, The Wall Street Journal and The Associated Press.

USAToday.com has already added the Politikan news headline to the political news page - by clicking on the headline the user is redirected to Politico.com . Kinsey Wilson (Kinsey Wilson), co-executive editor of USA Today, said that the “Politician” launched today will release at least 15 news per week for the newspaper’s website, and occasionally for the print media.

Jim VandeHei, editor-in-chief and co-founder of Politikan, says the deal gives its 25 journalists a forum with readers “not only inside Koltsevaya (the main ring road around Washington), but from coast to coast.” Now USAToday. com attracts over 9 million visitors per month.
