India has banned blogs

After the explosions in the city of Mumbai in India, the government of this country decided to resort to non-trivial security measures. In particular, according to the Indian Times, it was decided to ban blogs. The main argument was the statement that terrorists actively used blogs while preparing for terrorist attacks.
True, in India, as far as I understand, it is far from total control over the Internet, not China, though.
