German scholarships for aspiring journalists

Beginning journalists are invited to the Deutsche Welle scholarship contest in Germany . For an internship in Berlin, the deadline for submission of applications in April, for an internship in Bonn, applications are accepted without restriction.

The duration of the internship is two months; novice journalists will have work experience in the communications department. Entrants must study in the third or senior years and have experience in radio, television, or multimedia media.

Trainees wishing to work in foreign departments are not required to know German at a high level. For more information click here .
