FoundationDB employs 40 people, and the company itself is creating a noSQL database that works with web applications. The main product is designed for cloud use, the company owns several know-how, allowing it to declare the possibility of storing different types of data in one database (multi-model).
FoundationDB in the past raised about $ 23 million in two rounds from the funds of SV Angel, Sutter Hill and the already mentioned CrunchFund.
