The new service will work in the Gmail mail and allow you to pay for services from mail applications. The project code name is Pony Express. According to
Recode, the feature may appear in the fourth quarter of 2015.

To work with Pony Express in the United States, the user must provide personal information, including a social security number. After identifying not only Google, but also a third party, the user is able to pay bills in Gmail and Inbox email applications. Payment will be possible by credit or debit card.
The user can connect Pony Express directly to the bank account and to Google Wallet. In addition to self-paying bills, the service will allow Gmail users to redirect them to other people — for example, roommates — to share expenses.
