I came to work and was glad that we had a QIWI payment machine installed right at the office.

I went up to the machine and chose “Webmoney” on the machine “electronic commerce” and I see it - enter the phone number . Morning bliss slept with the brain.

What's the matter?! I read the information, it turns out you need to register a number to get a personal account. Okay.
I enter the number, I seem to enter my personal account, poke webmoney, and they write to me to replenish the balance.

Blah! I try to register 0 reactions, I run in the office by registering via the Internet, I come up:
- I enter the number, the page in QIWI to enter the number is simply overloaded!

Spat went to the shopping center. On the way 3 qiwi machines, on the third I understood that they do not have a connection to the server, so they all show, but they don’t perform operations. Fine! And I thought I was just an idiot! Good company policy.

As a result, I refilled the account in 30 seconds with the help of the sprinter machine there is something there , and it is 2% cheaper than stated in qiwi. And I did not need to register, top up the balance and pay from it.

PS You need to do a check on the presence of communication with the server so that users do not suffer.
And registration should be optional.
