The aggregator works on the basis of two services: Oktogo (for booking hotels) and Biletix.ru (for buying tickets). And the insurance can be issued using the services of In-touch or AlfaStrakhovanie. The role of Rostelecom itself is to link all this into a single infrastructure and provide users with access to all services at once through a special portal.
Work on the Internet portal has been conducted since 2014. The test version was launched by the B2C product department in February 2015.
