In 2014, the Russian IT services market decreased by 15%

Nevertheless, as shown by the research of AMT Consult, 84% of Russian IT companies intend to raise the salaries of their employees. And only 8% plan to lower wages. In addition, research shows that IT companies are actively developing their business. In 2014, they increased the number of employees by 15%.

However, there is another difference: in Russia, since 2014, the IT industry has taken steps to import substitution, which, if successful, will make the Russian IT market less dependent on foreign influence.
