Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin spoke about the creation in Russia of a system to counter cyber threats

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin spoke at a conference on cyber security at Moscow State University on March 10 and spoke about plans to create in Russia his own system of countering cyber threats, Interfax reported .
It will be based on the use of smart weapons, and these weapons themselves are created using the most complex production lines, technological chains, which are also smart equipment.

As part of the speech, Dmitry Rogozin noted the need to reduce the distance between the developer and the customer, since IT security is a matter of national security, and led the classification of possible cases of threats in this area:
  1. The country (enemy) is stronger (than Russia) or even a coalition of countries.
  2. Equal in strength opponent.
  3. The enemy is technically weaker - for example, a terrorist group.

Recently, the "adversary" for some countries is often the terrorist groups. This year ISF ’s Cyber Caliphate hacked Pentagon’s social network accounts and Malaysia Airlines computer systems - in both cases we are talking about national security.
