According
to the publication FIRRMA, the PASSENGER.ME service began to work for Russian users, which ensures the ordering and delivery of goods from other countries during the week. Currently, the service has 50 million different types of products, some of which are also included in the Amazon catalog. The cost of the service is formed as the sum of the product price and the price of delivery. It is noteworthy that travelers pay for the delivery of goods.
The service has a feature that relates to the delivery process: all orders are brought by travelers, who, depending on the characteristics of the goods, pay for it from $ 20 to $ 200.
By the beginning of 2015, 237 orders for the sum of $ 67,000 were delivered from the USA. So far the number of registered users on the site totals about 5,000. The average purchase amount is $ 300. Most often in demand are gadgets, products for children and premium products.

From ordering to the transfer of goods to the buyer takes 5-10 days.

Stages of the service:
• Buyer selects item
• Transfer money to the service deposit
• Service is looking for travelers who could take an order.
• At the destination, the traveler meets a special courier, checks the goods and pays the traveler the delivery
• Courier delivers the goods to the buyer
“The process is beneficial for all participants. Buyers can purchase products that are not available or are more expensive in the Russian market. Travelers pay part of their expenses, monetize the extra space in their luggage and - importantly - help others, ”explains PASSENGER co-founder and CEO Alexander Babaryko.
The service takes into account the interests of customers and precautions. All travelers are checked and evaluated for loyalty. Payment for delivery is carried out only if the goods are delivered successfully, safely and securely. The service also takes into account that a customs limit of 10,000 euros has been established for import into Russia.
PASSENGER.ME was launched in the fall of 2014. Investors of the project became the German fund Axel Plug'n'Play, as well as business angels. The total investment was $ 250,000.
