According
to CNews, Rostelecom and BARS Group have completed work on the integration of pre-school education systems with a single portal of public services (EPGU) in 23 regions of the country. An electronic kindergarten system was created as part of the integration project.
On the instructions of the government dated June 3, 2014, the BARS Group company developed a system that should meet the uniform federal technical requirements for the electronic queue and simplify the procedure for distributing children in kindergartens.
Subsystem EPGU "Hub Services" is used to provide public services in electronic form. In this case, these are services such as submitting an application for queuing at a kindergarten and promptly obtaining relevant reference information.

The integration of the “Service Hub” and the “Electronic Children's Garden” allowed to solve important tasks:
• Eliminate the need for constant access to regional information systems to access reference information when submitting an application. Now all the necessary information will now be transmitted in the “Service Center”.
• Ensure the transparency and reliability of routing applications. It is enough to specify the place of residence, and the subsystem will automatically start the process of receiving the application in the relevant region.
Special services will allow users to perform such actions as checking the current status of the applicant's queue, changing the information about the child, searching for an application to match the personal data of the child and the applicant.
A uniform form for registering children in pre-school institutions has been created at the University.
