In the spring of 2015, New Cloud Technologies (NOT) will launch a new service, MyOffice, which should compete with Microsoft Office services and Google docs. Developers set ambitious goals. By 2020, the company wants to get 25% of the domestic market and enter the markets of Europe and Latin America.

Work on the service began in 2013. The development team includes 130 people, some of whom are former developers of the Lexicon text editor and QuickOffice package.
"MyOffice" includes all the necessary set of office applications for cloud services: a text editor, a spreadsheet editor, presentations, postal service, contact directory and calendar. Supported formats are ODF, Microsoft Office (doc, docx), as well as export to PDF.

But after the change of leadership of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, the project was abandoned. In March 2014, Komissarov created the company New Cloud Technologies.
NOTA intends to receive profits from the sale of per-account licenses, from subscription fees for the support of private clouds, as well as from the distribution of the product through telecom operators, hosting providers and device manufacturers. Private users are scheduled to provide service for free.
