Mail.ru Group CEO Dmitry Grishin noted that revenues from MMO-games and user payments for social services remained generally as planned. The current "economic and geopolitical situation" still affects the profit from display advertising, as well as the income of the company HeadHunter. From Q2 to Q4 2014, earnings from display advertising fell, but other income, including HeadHunter, increased by 5.4% in the second half of the year.

According to a press release from Mail.ru Group, the option program, which was launched after the company went public, was completed. The Board of Directors approved a new long-term incentive program for “restricted stock unit” (RSU). The number of such shares will not exceed 5% of all issued shares.
