We are developing a forum engine. I have a suggestion - to make automatic formatting of messages: "" are replaced with "", etc. by all the rules.

Those. the user writes a message in the thread, and the program automatically changes it.

But my colleagues are protesting against this. They say that this will lose the originality of the messages of users, that many will not like it very much.
