Dell's international customers have another option to pay for the company's latest products: Bitcoin.
Michael Dell
said today that, instead of accepting payment in Bitcoin only in the United States, Dell will accept virtual currency payments from buyers in the UK, Canada and other countries.
This makes Dell the largest company that accepts Bitcoin international payments.

In his announcement, Dell noted that, at the present moment, the largest transaction completed in Bitcoin was made to purchase his company's server system and totaled just over $ 50,000.
The cost of bitcoin has fallen sharply over the past 12 months. From $ 1,000 a little over a year ago, the price dropped to $ 260 in the middle of today's trading day, according to Coindesk.
Analysts say that simply because Dell began to accept payment in Bitcoin, does not show the attractiveness of investment in virtual currency. Other companies, including Overstock.com, which also accept virtual currency as payment, almost immediately change Bitcoins for cash, through various exchanges such as Coinbase. Such precautions are aimed at reducing the impact of virtual currency volatility.
Michael Dell in early 2013 tried to negotiate with a private company Silver Lake Partners about the purchase of its assets. After a long battle with active investor Carl Icahn, Dell managed to buy out the company, with some of the investor’s requirements being fulfilled. It turned out that after the merger, Dell and Silver Lake reported a 90% increase in the shares of the company they had bought a year after the completion of the transaction.
Michael Della's shrewdness often brings chic profits to his company, so perhaps this time it does not let him down, and Bitcoin has no time to rest.
