A large investment fund Baring Vostok intends to invest in the group of Internet companies Eruditor Group (“Your tutor”, “InfoDoc”) 15 million US dollars. By investing $ 15 million in the Eruditor Group, Baring Vostok becomes a co-owner of the group. Even by the standards of the western market, $ 15 million is a large investment, and it has been prepared for more than one week. According to some sources , the deal was prepared for the entire last year. In this case, the deal was strongly influenced by the fall of the ruble. So, last year, Eruditor Group was going to sell a stake in the company much more expensive. But after the United States and the EU imposed sanctions, with the subsequent fall of the ruble against the dollar, Western investors refused the deal. Now Baring Vostok gets a large stake in this group of companies. According to some reports, Baring Vostok gets 25% of the Eruditor Group.

Currently, the Eruditor Group owns 8 online projects, the largest of which are “Your Tutor” and “Info Doctor” (allows users to pick a doctor and make an appointment). The Eruditor Group invested money more than once: since 2011, the group has received more than $ 14 million. According to representatives of the Eruditor Group, the company is profitable.

According to Anton Inshutin, managing partner of InVenture Partners, the company is being paid so far only by the online education service. However, other company resources continue to increase the user base and increase profitability. The total revenue of the Eruditor Group for the month now amounts to 40-50 million rubles a month. “The growth of the tutoring service may slow down, but there is a huge growth potential for online entry to beauty salons and home help services,” says Dmitry Petrukhin, director general of the DocDoc physician competing with the Infodocomtor, searching for DocDoc doctors. In turn, Anton Ishutin expects the growth of the company's total revenue to 1 billion rubles.

Now the base of users of the recording service to DocDoc doctors (the main competitor of the InfoDocuctor, the Eruditor Group service is increasing. Last year, the referral growth was 480%. Now, according to RBC.research, about 20% of patients in Moscow clinics are being booked via the Internet This year the similar indicator should make already 27%.
