Aeroflot has published a
tender for SMM support on Vkontakte and Facebook on the Public Procurement website.
Under the terms of the project, the company winning the tender is obliged to provide a personal manager to work with content and comments.
Each site is expected to create unique content (2 posts per day), agreed with the customer. It is planned to draw pictures and infographics (two per month). The contractor will also have to redesign the official pages on social networks 4 times. And to organize at least one competition per month at each of the sites.

In addition to this - to update information about the company in Wikipedia, in two languages.
Special attention is paid to work with user questions. The response time to comments is defined rather tightly: 30 minutes from 9.00 to 19.00 and sixty minutes from 19.00 to 22.00, no days off.
The quality of the services provided has a greater weight in determining the winner - 70%, while the price criterion weighs only 30%.
