reports that Twitter fully, for an amount of about $ 50 million, bought out the advertising network Niche, which specializes in selling “sponsored” content to popular social network users Vine, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
Before Twitter arrived on the horizon, Niche’s owners intended to attract a round of investment and were actively engaged in preparing the necessary financial documentation.
Two of the company's founders, Rob Fishman and Darren Lachtman, began working on Niche in 2013, with positive experiences in social media. Fishman sold BuzzFeed his company, Kingfish Labs, which fully supervised the social media activity of The Huffington Post.

One of the investors in Niche in previous rounds said that in 2015, the company's revenue is expected to be at least $ 1 million.
