According to Kommersant, the Russian financial group Life.The environment and the eponymous venture fund were bought, estimated at about $ 10 million, by an Asian startup iBoxPro operating in the market of payment terminals.
With this deal, Russians will enter the markets of Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand, expanding the markets of current activities. The two companies will be merged into LifePay Global, headquartered in Singapore.
The aggregate base of LifePay Global will be 20 thousand customers and 50 thousand mobile terminals with a total turnover of $ 4 million per month.
