In recent years, the IT industry has gained high popularity and lack of personnel. In order to get valuable employees, companies often offer conditions that many representatives of the professions can’t even dream of. Aggressively hunt people at conferences and IT parties, lured from other companies, etc.

As a result of personal observations and from communication with friends, on the example of several companies, I noticed that now there is a turnover of personnel. Developers change jobs once a year, and even every few months in search of better conditions. That tea in the company is not tasty, then the windows with a view not to the sea :)
