Suddenly, the idea of a perfect interview came: the
candidate must interview you.Once again: the applicant must ask you (the person making the decision about hiring) questions in order to find out your level of competence in the topic of the vacancy.
For example, you need a PHP programmer, and you have selected several resumes for a face-to-face interview. The candidate came, you say to him: “Ask me about my knowledge? Would you hire me? Would you work with me in a team? ”One asks:“ how to add lines ”, the other:“ name as many ways as possible to output data to the buffer and how they differ ”, - the third:“ what are the features of connecting PHP modules in Windows ".
It’s not a fact that you yourself will pass this interview, but according to the questions asked by the applicant, his level, experience, personal qualities and so on will be immediately understood. Just 5-10 minutes.

The scheme is new, so far failed to test.
I publish, I share, that someone tried :-)
Do you have simple and elegant interviewing schemes?

Probably this is the way to summarize the idea of the topic: you need to somehow check the ability to ask questions on the topic.
The ability to ask such questions characterizes both the fluency of the context and the personal qualities of the candidate.
And conducting a mirror interview is one of the ways of such a check.
