Yabodnichestvo on Yandex: obstacles when looking for work and employees through MyKrug

In the user agreement Moykrug written:

In this case, the same agreement says:

Attempts to indicate your contact address in the job description ended up in that our phrase "... please send your detailed resume to the job@********.com" turned into "... please send your detailed resume to the address." - the moderator (person) just cut the e-mail from the text.

Thus, a “full-fledged” vacancy turns into a semifinished product: instead of receiving jobseekers' resumes on a working e-mail, only information about the responses of candidates who are interested in a vacancy come to a personal box. And already in the correspondence through MyKrug with the candidate, you need to ask him to send a detailed resume and contact information (telephone) to our address - because the vast majority of people on MyCircle do not draw up their page as a resume, and of course - people’s contacts are hidden to all users who are not in the "1st round."


All this is very inconvenient - the number of necessary actions and the candidate and the representative of the employer need to be increased at least twice. Correspondingly, the time it takes for a normal resume to finally reach a manager (who themselves are very rarely involved in the primary search) also increases significantly.

This is one of the cases of how stupid rules make life difficult for many people, instead of promoting an effective process of finding employees and their employment.

In this case, it is purely technical to make it so that the responses of the candidates go through MyKrug (which he, apparently, is trying to achieve) is quite simple. For example, to allow the user to store, in addition to his Moykrugovsky questionnaire, a dock file with a detailed summary (as on GoogleDocs) - where projects, applied technologies, skills, etc. are already indicated. - and the representative of the employer, having received the candidate's response, also receives a link to this file.
However, any IT specialist and other solutions to the problem will be able to come up with, if Yandex would like to implement them in Moykrug ...
