Employers move out of the coils

Already 1.5 months I am in active search for work. Although monitoring the job market began in November last year. Since then, I have witnessed a fall in wage rates of 10-20-30%. The vacancy I saw today put me in a little shock:



The person described in this job is working / working at a rate twice as high. This is true. A talented art director at a mid-level advertising agency in Moscow receives / received well, no less than 80-90 tr.

What the employer is counting on is not at all clear to me. I am not against the current slogan “Work more for less money” today, but there is a limit to everything. Are you ready to lower your salary expectations by 2 (!) Times, just like that?

Damn it, life does not become cheaper. Inflation has not been canceled, the price for dollar services and goods jumped by 30%; where is it, the promised drop in housing prices? (the owners are somehow more in dollars seeking rent to transfer).

ps my favorite tilapia (such a fish) jumped in price by 100 p. per kg ...
