Amendments to the law against the Internet have been made! ... although wait ...

State Duma Bill No. 342640-6
On Amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”
IS PENDING

It seems that those who predicted that the State Duma would expand the law rather than listen to the ROI (TODO link to the survey) were right. PZhV in the person of Robert Schlegel and Maria Maksakovy spewed a bill to expand the anti-piracy law to protect the copyright of musicians, writers and developers of computer programs .

Actually the bill:

')
Diff in the bills, as you know, in a very inconvenient format (the context is minimal, the text is scanned as an image), therefore, it is not easy to estimate the scale of the disaster. At a minimum, now the law applies to all objects of copyright and related rights.

However, if you look closely, some items are not without meaning. For example, operators are now politely asked to block a separate page, and not the entire site by IP "in the presence of technical capability." Normal links in the complaints of copyright holders are now still required to be present.

Nobody leaves protection! Resistance is futile!
