FSB is preparing a law against anonymity in runet
As you probably remember, not long ago, the public council under the FSB proposed banning Tor and anonymizing sites, as well as bringing their creators to justice. Here is more recent news on this topic:
“In Russia, at the legislative level, the issue of blocking Internet access to Tor and other anonymous servers is being considered. About this newspaper "Izvestia".
This was the answer given by the FSB to a letter from the leader of the “Headhunters” movement, Sergei Zhuk, in which he asked to block the Tor network due to the large amount of child pornography.
