Action plan for the development of the IT industry in Russia until 2018

On July 15, 2013, the Government of the Russian Federation approved an action plan ("road map") for the development of the information technology industry for the period 2013-2018.

The plan of activities "Development of the information technology industry" consists of three sections:

1. general description, which reflects the current state and development prospects of the Russian IT industry in comparison with other countries, and also lists the most important tasks of the state for the development of the IT industry;
2. benchmarks by which the results of the work of plan implementers will be evaluated;
3. the actual plan of events, indicating the expected result, deadlines and responsible executives of the events.

I know that the community is very skeptical about the actions of the Russian government. However, despite the possible fabulousness of many of the provisions of the "road map", I believe that, as IT workers, we should not pass by this document - in order to be in the know. Therefore, I present the presentations below.
