After a series of blockages of known Internet resources, the site belonging to the pirate party began to distribute alternative links to be able to get to blocked sites, as well as instructions for independent access via anonymizers.
After these events, one of the authors of the draft law “On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health”, Elena Mizulina, plans to make changes to the law restricting the work of anonymizers.

“Perhaps we will need to develop a draft law, and I do not exclude that the resources that host mechanisms for circumventing the law on their website can be blacklisted,” Mizulina added.

- We warned about all the consequences at the stages of amending the bill. None of our amendments has been incorporated. We are reaping the benefits of having consulted with the industry, but did not take it into account.
