Many people remember the scandal that arose with the largest Ukrainian online store Rozetka.ua, whose activities suddenly became interested in the competent authorities and the management of which had to endure a lot of trouble, the easiest of which was, apparently, moving to a data center in Germany.
Almost immediately after the search in Rozetka.ua, similar problems arose with another store, Sokol.ua, which is the second largest in sales in Ukraine. Both cases gave rise to a lot of rumors and speculations, up to the
bewilderment of the eldest son of the president of Ukraine, who was not clear - why close online shopping. One of the Ukrainian newspapers decided to clarify the issue finally and sent a request to the Dnipro district administration of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev. From the official answer it follows that online stores should be extremely attentive to customer service, because otherwise everything could end very badly for them.
In March of this year a certain unnamed citizen purchased a laptop in the Sokol.ua store; There are problems with the purchased device that are not indicated in any way. The buyer who contacted the store in order to replace some components was refused by the administration - the reason for the refusal is also not explained.
Further, the actions of the citizen are unclear, however, the circumstances were such that employees of the State Service Department for Combating Economic Crime (OBEP) of the Dneprovsky District Administration of Kiev left for the office of the store and sent the management a request for information on financial and economic activities. Apparently, the administration did not provide the required documents, about which an administrative protocol was drawn up in the name of the shopkeeper under Article 164 (Violation of the procedure for conducting business activities of the enterprise).

Somewhat later, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the results of the inspection, which they did, they did not initiate a criminal case, but the prosecutor’s office in Kiev did not make an official decision to terminate the criminal case.
Thus, we can conclude the following - the level of concern for customers in Ukraine is so high that the citizen complained about a non-working laptop, the cause of the breakdown, which apparently found out, and it turned out to be so serious that the State Inspectorate of Ukraine for Consumer Protection did not affairs, and the problem immediately took up the Department of Civil Service to combat economic crime.
