The court satisfied almost all claims of Oracle against Google

Quietly passed the information that the court has satisfied almost all the claims of Oracle to Google.

Attempts by Google to defend their interests in the court against Oracle almost failed. The lawsuit concerned the use of Java technology in the Android mobile operating system.

According to Judge William Olsup’s decision, all appeals filed by Google in response to the lawsuit, except one, were rejected. The decision of the court allows Oracle to move on and claim damages from Google.
