I have a dream: one day the tax system will become transparent, understandable and thought out from the point of view of the convenience of entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, at present, Ukraine’s taxation is simpler in 181 out of 183 and serves to enrich the budget with fines rather than small business development. The simplified system is becoming increasingly nominal with the release of new decrees, forcing them to plunge into the jungle of bills over and over again. It comes to the point that the tax authorities themselves are forced to publish letters explaining their own requirements.

Now we will not take into account the entrepreneurs hiding in the shadows and having their own accountant. Our task: to help those who wish to work legally. Most of them are either poorly oriented in tax legislation and end up being a victim of a monstrous system of fines, or have to spend hours in all sorts of forums, fishing for information about the next new reporting. For these people, we have prepared a small service that allows you to be aware of all the tax nuances.

The desire to systematize information about the necessary accounting appeared a long time ago. The last drop was the requirement of tax monthly report on the income of natural persons. The fate of this requirement is not yet fully resolved, but the very suddenness and haste of changing the number and content of the required reports have shown that it is impossible to delay more with the creation of an actual information resource. Takser almost completely consists of an interactive temporary tape of events. The upper part reflects the necessary reports, the lower - contributions and payments. Each event is represented by its own color rendered in the legend. Clicking on the event opens a window with detailed information. We tried to collect it as much as possible for each type of event in order to turn the resource into a full-fledged tax reference book.



The gradient of an event hints at the degree of importance: the closer to the deadline, the richer the color. The last day of delivery is highlighted with a bright red line. Running a case is fraught with fines.

Subscribe to the newsletter - the second most important element of the service. In this implementation, it serves, firstly, to remind users of upcoming events, and secondly, to assess interest. Our future plans depend on the latter.

The more people express a desire to follow the news on our site, the more functionality we will try to implement. We see about the following order of adding new functions:

1. Launching interactive reports: the “Generate report” button will display a form with the required fields. Having entered his data, the user will receive a report ready for submission;
2. Registration implementation: allows you to remember basic user data to substitute into reports;
3. Adding a common tax system;
4. Adding information for legal entities;
5. The introduction of electronic reporting: allows you to send the generated reports to the tax, without leaving the site;
6. The implementation of the payment of contributions and taxes: will allow for tax payments through the site.

The last two points are the most interesting and potentially allow you to create an electronic accountant that will provide the user with a convenient and automated interface for interacting with the state.

Now Takser is filled with information relevant to individual entrepreneurs on a simplified tax system, covering the most frequently used type of employment of Ukrainian IT specialists.
