There is a certain organization which, in addition to any other activity, has a site on which information about employers and vacancies of these employers is posted. The site is filled with certain managers scattered across Mother Russia.
The site is developed by a “department” of three people, Petit Vasya and Alyosha. “Department”, because formally these people are not organized in an organization. Although, this question is also a question: at what point is a person considered to be employed? At the moment, our heroes have just written an application for employment.
They sit, it means that our heroes are in a separate room, they make a website, they don’t touch anyone, they periodically receive RFPs in their hands. And then, one day, a man peers into their office and appears to be an investigator. This investigator announces that the office is searched. During the search, sealed computers, papers, etc. are taken out of the office that this investigator was interested in, and our heroes are told that their organization somewhere conducted illegal activities, that the information on the site is not true, deception of the population, I mean. And they tell our heroes that they, they say, are accomplices, because according to the investigator, who, if not to them, put this “wrong” information on the site.

And now, dear experts, the question is: how much is the investigator of rights, how much is the development department guilty, developing, in essence, a tool for working with information (the so-called CMS) and what does he have in mind?
