C July 1, the Russian courts went online

All Russian courts of general jurisdiction from July 1, 2010 begin to publish the effective court decisions on the Internet. This is done in accordance with the law “On ensuring access to information on the activities of courts in the Russian Federation”.

As ITAR-TASS was told at the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, by the end of the year about 5 million court decisions in civil and criminal cases will be publicly available, and over the next year more than 10.5 million court decisions.

For each court made a separate site. A total of 2884 websites were created, which are combined into the State automated system “Justice” . In addition, 6050 sites of the justices of the peace from 70 regions of the country have been opened on the www.mirsudrf.ru portal, the rest of the regions continue to work.
