Providers close access to "extremist" sites at the request of the FSB

One of the providers, in particular, the ISS (MultiCable Networks of Arzamas), the city of Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Region, could not refuse the FSB to close a number of sites. And all would be nothing if not for the list of these "extremist" sites, which is listed on the website of the Ministry of Justice - www.minjust.ru/ru/activity/nko/fedspisok . Blocked stupidly by IP, respectively, in the block were sites such as livejournal.com , zhurnal.lib.ru , etc.
The news is published by the administrator on the provider's website - mcn.nnov.ru/novosti/dura-lex-sed-lex/msg208893. Correspondence with one of the clients confirms that this is not a joke, there is really no access to the sites.
