The issue of replacing letters in lots, which was raised last year at the Habr level , and then at the President level (the trend, however), it turns out, is still relevant in the Kaluga region. True, in a completely different scale.

Quite accidentally, they found a similar mechanism on the site of the territorial administration of the Federal Property Management Agency for the Kaluga Region - in the section " Realization of Seized and Confiscated Property ". Theoretically, on this site you can buy the “Fax machine Pa pa aso p ic KX-F902RU” for 500 rubles - a reasonable price for a used machine, but a search for the word Panasonic and the Kaluga region does not give results. The situation is similar with different Sa m su n g'ami, BOSH refrigerators and other appliances of foreign brands of at least some interest. In other regions, there are also individual violations, but it is a common practice in the Kaluga region.
