It would be great if there was an opportunity to leave comments in legal programs like “Consultant”, “Garant” and others.
Imagine, besides the official comments of the legal program (hereinafter - the “PP”), which are usually help-explanations-practice-links, etc., you would have the opportunity to leave / read / discuss comments on each law-code-chapter article-paragraph-paragraph-and-even-word!
As a result, there would be an excellent platform for discussing any bills. You can enter a system of pros and cons, which would help to screen out the necessary, useful comments that, what the hell is not joking, would end up being considered by the government (with proper, high-quality development of such a commenting system).
')
The question of spam, pervonov, mat and in general any "bad" comments disappears:
- first, the system of pros and cons (again, with proper development), hiding or removing inadmissible comments;
- secondly, PP are expensive software, which, as a rule, are installed in organizations. Only a lawyer (as a rule, an educated person, working under an employment contract, and having any legal knowledge), as a rule, can work in a PP in the relevant organization. This lawyer gets an appropriate login, for example: ivan.pupkEn@rUsneft, by which it is easy to track, ban, etc. The anonymity effect disappears. And it is unlikely that Ivan PupkEn, a corporate lawyer of RUSNEFT, will leave comments like “kg / am”, “mnogabukf” ... to the new version of the law “On Subsoil”.
What do you think about this? Are there any representatives of software developers here? I would love to hear their opinion.
UPD> Thanks for the karma
