In the spring of this year I was cut, and so I recently got a new job as a geek. I signed the URGENT labor contract until July 2009, and the reason is not spelled out in time, the date is just worth it (the employer forces everyone to sign such contracts).
The company will soon face liquidation.
Later I was interested in this question, I climbed on the Internet and found out that the employer does this consciously in order to avoid severance payments. When talking with the management on this topic, everyone is psyching and shouting at me, silencing, promising to knock on the head. Although they really violate article 58 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
They hint that they will not dismiss anyone AFTER liquidation, but simply transfer employees to another organization. I found nothing about it, so I can not judge.

Question: The employer clearly does not want to pay severance pay, so he is trying to renew the URGENT labor contracts, claiming that they are not permanent.
How is the dismissal of the liquidation and the "obligation" to transfer? What should I do to get paid money from an employer?
PS They even tell me that since the enterprise is not solvent, no one will pay me anything at all!
