I will share one story that happened to me recently, in the hope that someone from competent and respected habra people will share a bit of legal knowledge or simply support a kind word in a difficult life situation. A story in which money and deceived women are involved.
A lot of time has passed since one of the respected companies entered into an agreement with me on the provision of consulting services in the amount of 4 flights on broken-down planes and 32 hours of speaking to managers and engineers who want to absorb the art of optimizing business processes. I will not hide, the pleasure of communicating with people cut off from affectionately beloved work was worth the effort. The biting December frosts and an unsightly nose, which are so rare in slushy Moscow, resurrected wonderful childhood memories of my native Siberian city.
However, several days of trimming pictures and correcting errors in eight presentations cost more: money. It seems that the agreement is on hand, and the act of acceptance of the services rendered is signed. But they do not pay. If all my monthly emails, requiring, arguing, begging and pleading, to build one after the other, you get 16 kilobytes. The next answer is to get offended, and the silence of the lambs is doubly insulting. Usually they answer that there is no money, but somehow in the summer they sent a joyful letter about the purchase of a competitor.
You can still go and feed asparagus on Google Developer Day, ask a traveling companion to grab some Yandex ham, or motivate an engineer who has broken an assembly to bring cookies to work. But due to the weirdness of the current situation in the business, pocket money on the Internet and children are starting to run out. What to do? Can such defaults be dismantled by the labor inspectorate? If you sue, what are the chances to win the court, and what to do? Share it!
