Against Dell sued for receiving "kickbacks" from Intel

Dell Inc. , a US PC maker, will have to answer in court the “improperly” received hundreds of millions of dollars from Intel . The lawsuit was filed by Dell investors, who suspect that there have been "kickbacks", which served as a guarantee that only Intel microprocessors will be used in the production of the company.

The case will be considered by the Austin District Court in Texas. Dell representatives have not yet commented on the event, claiming they did not receive subpoenas. Reported by Reuters .
