At present, no alternative to the OSI model has been proposed by the management, but the press service claims that work is underway on creating a computer network without encapsulation, and within six months (about two months before the proposed entry into force of the law), engineers will submit a ready-made solution based on Linux kernels 3.2.
They also hope that foreign colleagues (primarily from China and Belarus) will be able to implement these standards on their territories absolutely free of charge.
